My order never made it. I placed it on December 16th, and got a 'Shipping Notification' on the 19th. That notification only mentioned, 'The carrier has been notified this is ready for pickup.' Now it's January 5th, and I've sent a ton of emails, messaged on Instagram, and all I get back is the same old line, 'Our processing time is 1-4 business days.' This company is a total scam. If you're considering buying from them, take this as your warning. They'll take your cash and you'll end up with nada.

The item didn't match the images at all. The stones are dull and lack luster. Plus, returns aren't free. Seriously, don't throw your cash away on this poor quality stuff.

Product did not look like the pictures. Stones hazy and not shiny. Not free returns. Do not waste your money on this low quality.

Their no-refund rule leaves you with the awful jewelry they offer. If you end up with a gift card, good luck finding anything since they’ve been out of stock on most items for ages. Total scam!

No-refund policy means you're stuck with the terrible quality jewelry that they have. And if you get stuck with a gift card, you're out of luck because they're sold out of most of the items they purport to sell (and have been for months). SCAM

Customer service is just the worst! I made my purchase more than TEN days ago and still haven’t received any shipping updates. When I checked my account, there was no information on my order, so I reached out to customer support. Their initial response was to log in and check the order status — which I had already done! When I replied, explaining that there was no update on my account, they told me they were going through a "transition" and to expect delays beyond their usual processing time. I then emailed AGAIN, mentioning I needed the items for a birthday gift this weekend and asked if they could cancel my order if it wouldn’t arrive in time. Their response? They can’t cancel it and just asked for an indefinite amount of time! After seeing other reviews about poor quality and more customer service problems, I really wish I hadn’t bought this gift! There are LOADS of reputable jewelry stores online with excellent service - AVOID THIS ONE!
